Nicole Chapman- Hadlow Headteacher

Hadlow Primary School is a truly wonderful place to work, and I am so lucky to say that I am the Headteacher. Since 2015, when I joined the school as Deputy Headteacher, the school has been on a journey of transformational change. The quality of education, behaviour and attitudes and personal development opportunities are exceptional; from EYFS up to Year 6.

I work within a team of inspiring leaders, who not only want the best for the pupils at Hadlow, but for all children across the Bourne Partnership. I know that with the passion and determination within these four walls, the school will continue to go from strength to strength, and the partnership between Hadlow and Shipbourne Primary School will thrive.

From a gentle smile on the school gate, to a new learning milestone; every moment in school is rewarding, and I feel so priviledged to be part of the Bourne Partnership team. 

Terri Daters- Shipbourne Headteacher

It is a real privilege to be Headteacher at Shipbourne and to have played a part in the formation of the Bourne Partnership. I joined Shipbourne School in 2013 as Senior Teacher and Maths lead, having spent the rest of my teaching career in a much larger local school. Working in a small village school brings with it many exciting opportunities, and it is extremely rewarding getting to know every family so well, as the children grow and ready themselves for the their individual futures. I am very excited to have the opportunity of working collaboratively to ensure the future for our school is bright for everyone that walks through our doors.
